At the end of the course the participants will be able to know the fundamental of our “hybrid” methodology and understand how futsal is the best tool to develop football players, apply the concepts to the different ages and create exercise following FS criteria.
The course will be organized online or on site
16 Hours.
- The Roots of the methodology and its benefits (Why futsal in soccer? From Micro to Macro, analyses of the technical/tactical elements that futsal bring to football in the different phases of the game) [3h].
- Way of teaching and creation of exercises (the didactic related to different ages. How to create FS methodology exercises) [3h].
- The Game of 1 – Individual technical tactical concepts (the 1v1 offensive and defense, the technic as tool to solve a tactical problem – the feint with and without ball – how to improve decision making process: the body orientation, the observation and perception; how and what observe – “deceive with and without ball”: how to gain advantage on opponent and have more space/time to play) [4h[.
- The Game of 2 – Combination between 2 players (2 players play combination: the parallel, the diagonal, how to deceive a 1-2, the combination with “pivot” at the border of penalty area, the horizontal and vertical overlap, the go and the go & come) [3h].
- The Game of 3 – The third player, the extension of the concept ( what is the third player concept in football and the extension of concept brought from futsal, how to synchronize 3 players based on game principles, the reading, occupation and exploitation of space, the “flexible” player) [3h].
